Dongle Help for Mac



Our old server with the dongle needed to drive V11 in the lab died and was rebuilt. In the process I needed to move the dongle to a new physical location. Now I cannot get any of the lab computers to recognize the dongle. I cannot even get the new machine's version of V11 to recognize the dongle.

I've been through the forum and downloaded and installed a new liscense manager and driver... no help. The dongle is a red C3.

Is the new computer located on a different subnet from the rest of the computers?

What OS is the network dongle attached to?

Is the light on?

What OS is running on the computer lab (client) computers?
