I was wondering how thin can vectorworks go. I've been trying to plot a lineweight of 1/16 pt. (about .025mm for you lucky metrics) but it looks the same or even thicker as 1/8 pt. (.05mm)
I'm using VW 12.5 on OS X 10.4 and trying the prints on a Epson Stylus C88, although I usually plot on an HP designjet 7550M.
I set the sheet and the print and pdf resolution to 300 dpi and quartz turned on.
I know the printer and plotter can go thinner than that because I've been able to do it with form-z.
