baisdend Posted April 19, 2007 Share Posted April 19, 2007 I had some issues earlier today and called tech support who had to send me all of the .dill files via email. I have copied and pasted these into the correct folder, etc. I even re-started my computer. However now the program will seem as though it is attempting to boot up, but then it completely stops. P Retondo Posted April 19, 2007 Share Posted April 19, 2007 Depending on what version you have, this could be the corrupted workspace problem. If you have a custom workspace, move it to your desktop, deleting it from your workspace folder, and then try to boot the program. If it now boots, you know that was your problem.
