Simon Carus-Wilson
Hello All. I am trying to create a Symbol for an 8 Light Molefay which has the following. A. 2 x circuits (MultiCircuit) B. Moves all at the same time. The closest I have got is to put 2 x ETC Source Four PAR strips of four side by side, however, I seem to be failing miserably with trying to make this into a symbol which can then be inserted (as an instrument) into a plot as it loses all of it's MultiCircuit functionality. Thanks for your help. Simon Mac VW 12.5 Quote Link to comment
J. Miller
Spotlight has a 'Convert to MultiCircuit' Command that might work for you. Place the two symbols into the plot as Lighting Devices in positon you want to display them. select both and then "Convert to MultiCcircuit". They should stay grouped together when moved, but act as (2) seperate fixtures for placing data in them. Hope that helps. Jeff BSL Productions Quote Link to comment
Simon Carus-Wilson
Thanks Jeff. I did get that far, however, when I try to make it into a Symbol that can be put in the Resource Browser for later use, If I then insert the symbol I made I can only make it into a single circuit instrument, this is not a big deal just annoying as I am sure there is way of doing this, I just can't figure it out.
