Jershaun
I would like to know if there is any way of creating a background to a rendered image (eg. cloudy sky) without effecting the lighting, particularly, directional lighting representing the sun. I have tried putting a swept circle around the building with the clouds mapped onto it but that blocks out the "sun" and it's shadows. PLEASE HELP. Thanks Quote Link to comment
Guest
You can import a Pict in a new layer as the background then go to the drawing and use the render bitmap tool to create a 2D version of the rendered view. Cut the bitmap out of the drawing and then paste it into the layer with the pict in it take the fill out of the bitmap using the attribute palette and position it where you would like this way no shadows are cast on the background.
