Jershaun
When I add solid primitives (eg. Extrudes with arcs in the original shape), the results are added however each primitive has been offset slightly. This leads to inaccurate drawings. Why is this so? Quote Link to comment
Jershaun
I have checked all views and all objects are perfectly aligned but when the "add solid" cmmand is implemented they are offset. I can literally see them beeing offset. Quote Link to comment
Guest
Shaun, Do you think you could send me a copy of your file? If you can send it to tech@diehlgraphsoft.com and put the message to my attention. This way I can take a look at the file and see what is going on. Thanks Mark Quote Link to comment
Guest
Before you add the solids check different views of the objects, like a right or left view, then a top and a front view. Once you do this and the objects are aligned correctly then add the solids together. Quote Link to comment
Guest
We have noticed the problem that you are encountering, after zooming in at 17040968% there is a shift in the two solid objects at -0.000045". The reason for this is that the program does indeed try to add the solids at the position they are located but if the command fails it does shift the objects slightly to add the objects together. The problem has been noted and we are looking for a better method of creating our solids but for now it will shift slightly. Quote Link to comment
