welshpe
Is there a way to set the texture resolution? My textures are not real crisp. Using VW 12.5.1 architect w/renderworks. Quote Link to comment
Mat Caird
It's on the layer DPI setting I think you want. Edit the layer to change it. We use 200DPI It's possible you have poor quality textures to start with, in which case you need to start with better jpgs. Quote Link to comment
welshpe
I am using the renderworks textures that shipped with VW. I don't have a layer DPI. I reset the resolution in the document preferences for raster printing to 150dpi. Helped a little but screwed up the lighting. Maybe I need to get a handle on the lighting first? CipesDesign
Welshape, you adjust the DPI of EACH SHEET LAYER by going into the LAYER setup and then changing the number. The default of 72dpi is fine for on-screen viewing, but when it comes time to print final sheets I usually increase to 300dpi. Be aware that increasing the dpi will increase rendering (VP Updating) times accordingly. Quote Link to comment
