Pan and Zoom causing Shut Down

Recommended Posts

We have occasionally encountered a problem that when panning or zoooming the machine will lock up. We must hard-boot the machine because ctrl-alt-del does not do anything. We are on Win98 using VW 8.1. Has anyone encountered this problem? Is there a solution?

I have not heard of this problem with 8.1. Although it was an issue with older versions of MiniCAD. The first thing to try is to Update to the 8.5.1 version of the software... If you have not received you CD in the mail please contact, our customer service department

Ves, we realize that this is a major problem for some people, but it is very difficult to test every video card on the market. That is why we depend on customers like you to report incompatibilities like this so if it is our problem we can test it and fix the problem.

Plese sugest the seting for BIOS as SYSTEM BIOS,VIDEO BIOS, VIDEO RAM, and shedowing part of BIOS. I found that if you ENABLE SYSTEM BIOS VW would probably crash sooner than without it. In what address VW write?
