Exporting groups to autocad

Marietta

Question

In VW version 10 or 11, when you exported any groups into autocad, they became 'unamed blocks' and worked fine. Now, they become numbered. If I send over a number of files to an autocad user and they have to import these files into one base, you would probably have duplicate numbered blocks ( xreferencing all these files is not what is wanted here). So, lets say the first file has block 1. Any sybsequent files with groups would also have block 1, etc. in them. If these are inserted, all subsequent numbered blocks would be replaced with the first instance of the numbered blocks.

In our office, we might give an autocad user a number of details in different files to include in their drawing giving them some very strange results, such as trees instead of pavers in a detail.

Is there any way that we can have an option when exporting to have these groups become unnamed groups when converted to autocad? It hampers our use of VW when we have to adjust our drawing style when we need to export to autocad.
