Benson Shaw Posted February 18, 2007 Share Posted February 18, 2007 Here is one way to do this in US version of VW. Might work in your version, too. Select the 2d object, then click Menu>Model>Engineering Properties. Click the "Place Properties on Drawing" option. Click "OK". Your next click on the drawing will paste all the eng properties as a text block or group with text blocks. Area of selected 2d object is at top of list. You can edit out uneeded info (ungroup first). It may be easier to enter area data shown in OIP. -B Quote Link to comment
