Hunter B
OK ...Here's what I'm really after..... I have two Complex shapes(ie: x extrude of the ballroom section and y extrude of the ballroom section) these extrudes match the others opposing dimension(ie the X extrude is extruded to the Y length and vica versa) I'm trying to subtract all the stuff that is not in common with one another... Does that make sense?? I thought Stitch and trim tool would work but alas ...no luck. Quote Link to comment
mark@custom
Have you tried the "intersect solids" command under the "Model" menu? m. Quote Link to comment
Davide
Looks like you have to build from the plan not the sections. And to add horizontal details use the extrude along path. Your approach would make sense if you have a cross vaulted space, then you intersect 2 semi-cylinders and get just the intersecting space. Quote Link to comment
