Exporting to VW 8

In VW 12, I see that I can Export to a VW9 file. Is there an easy way to Export a VW12 file to a VW8 file?

The export only goes back 3 versions. The idea is that anything earlier than that suffers from lost or incompatible objects with the earlier versions.

Do you need to export for printing purposes, or is one of your associates still using VW 8?

The only way to go back to a VW 8 file is to export to an interim version, then export from that version to 8.
