esposito
Hello, I'm new to vectorworks and would like to change a few settings... I'd like to setup my mouse to function similarly to autocad, in other words, zoom with the mouses scroll wheel (no cntrl key) and pan when pressing and dragging scroll wheel (no space bar). I havent found these settings under file/prefrences. How can I make the changes? Thanks, Phil Quote Link to comment
Vectorworks, Inc Employee Robert Anderson Posted December 2, 2006 Vectorworks, Inc Employee Share Posted December 2, 2006 This is standard behavior beginning with VW12. What version of VectorWorks are you using? Quote Link to comment

Don@Black Dog
My scroll mouse still doesn't do this, though it did for one brief period a while back. Is there a Windows setting or VW setting to toggle? Quote Link to comment
Taproot
Don, It probably depends on what mouse you're using. I've posted solutions to a similar problem several months ago. If you're using a third party mouse, look in your mouse control settings and verify what button number is associated with your scroll / scroll button. Then see if changing the button number activates the one VW is calling? Quote Link to comment
Sandking
I got a mouse with more than 3 buttons. Is there a way to use them in VW 12 (OS X)? Quote Link to comment
