CREATING AND UPDATING DOOR SCHEDULE

Recommended Posts

I'M NEW TO CREATING DOOR SCHEDULE AND HAVE COUPLE QUESTIONS THAT I CAN'T FIND THE ANSWER TO IN THE MANUAL:

1. MY "MARK" IS NOT IN ASCENDING ORDER BUT IN RANDOM ORDER. HOW DO I EDIT IT? ( SO IT WILL SHOW FROM DOOR 1 THROUGH DOOR 10 FOR EXAMPLE)

2. HOW CAN I UPDATE MY SCHEDULE AFTER I MADE CHANGES TO THE DOOR WITHOUT "CREATE SCHEDULE" ALL OVER AGAIN?

THANKS!

I'M ON VW 12.5 ON MAC 10.4.7

1. Select "database header rows" off the worksheet menu. Now select the database row for the door schedule. Now drag the sort icon into the Mark column. (These words may not make much sense, if you want more information search for the "worksheet rows" topic in online help.

2. Once your schedule is made, just choose "recalculate" from the worksheet menu and it will automatically update.

PS: Many people think "all caps" looks like you're shouting online. You might consider using upper-lower.

Redlettering one's nick is another annoyance... You might consider toning it down.

How about auto-recalc being the global default?
