Daryl Wood
I am assuming the use of 2d tools to draw strip footings and pads for both plan and section drawings. Is that correct or does anyone have a good technique for modeling them in 3d? Daryl Quote Link to comment
CipesDesign
There are various ways to do this, it just depends on the desired result. I often just go fo the quick and easy 2d lines, but also sometimes use low fat walls (sounds like I'm on a diet, huh?) and model them all im 3d (in their own layer/class). O a flat lot this is easy, on a sloped lot it is for sure more time consuming. Do what works best for you... Quote Link to comment
