My school recently purchased Vectorworks 12.0.1 (DVD version). It utilizes a network dongle (red, serial number starts with C). The license server is running Mac OS 10.4.7, as are the computers running the software. I have installed the LM_hotfix for OSX Tiger.
Unfortunately, when Vectorworks is run, I get an error message: "The program number specified is not in the program list of HASP4 Net Memory". This occurs on both the machine that is running the license server as well as the others on the network. Based on a similar problem I found elsewhere in the forums, it looks like this may mean that the network dongle is not programmed properly. Is this the case, or is there another solution?
