Sam_Brooks
When I use the 'Line Dimensioning Tool' I seem to get little red square at the end of the witness lines. I never used to get them and would like to turn them off, does anyone know how to? Thanks. Quote Link to comment
propstuff
They indicate that the dimension has been "associated" with a particular object. They are turned on or off in the preferences. N. Quote Link to comment
Guest
You can turn off the red squares without turning off associative dimensioning. Associative dimensioning allows the dimension to be updated and/or moved with an object it's tied to, should that object be changed or moved. If you want this behavior on, but don't care for the red squares (they don't print, btw) , hide the constraints by going to View>Show>Show or Hide Constraints. Quote Link to comment
