bryn
The window schedule was placed from Tools> Reports> VA Create Schedule. Windows are pio units with size in feet and inches. On the schedule, nom width and height are in decimal format, while RO sizes are feet and inches. If I select nom size, choose format cell, and change from General to Fractions, I get a number like 2 1/5 (feet). If I change the format to Dimension, I get a row of ###. Is there a way to format to feet and inches like the RO column? bryn Quote Link to comment
islandmon
MenuItem>Page>Units ...controls the Units format but you need to 'recalculate' the worksheet to see the results. The ' ### ' usually indicates that the cell width is too small to contain the data displayed. You also have the formula option of inserting or attaching a Units conversion function instead of changing the MenuItem>Units. Quote Link to comment
bryn
Thanks, Islandmon. The page units was already set to feet/inches, and the RO cells were showing feet/inches. I selected the nom size cells this morning and formated to "dimension", and they worked. The key was resizing the columns. bryn Quote Link to comment
