bryanlux
For a long time I've been trying to figure out how to rake a truss in 3d. I am able to do it by converting the truss (or any other objects for that matter) to a group and using the 2d rotate tool. It might have to do with my incomplete understanding of working planes. I would like to select a truss (for example), switch to Right View, take a rotate tool and lift up the DS part of the truss to create a rake. It is not at ALL this simple unless I am really missing something. I would have no problem converting to a group each time to do this but I lose all truss info and then coverting back seems near impossible. Please help. Thanks! Bryan Quote Link to comment
