Not running on Two Different Machines

Machine ONE - running XP no previous version of VW no dongle came with VW 12.

VW 12 gives error on start:

Network dongle protection error. No active network dongle server. (HASP License Manager was found. Vectorworks will now quit.

Machine TWO - running XP has VW 10 and dongle that works. VW 12 gives error on start:

Driver component sizes mismatch. Retry to keep going. Cancel to exit.

Machine 1 - What letter does your serial number start with? (Please do not post any more than the very first letter/number)

Machine 2 - Did you get a new dongle with VW 12? In other words, did you have a serial dongle for VW 10 and a USB dongle for VW 12?

UPDATE:

Machine ONE - was able to fix by adding INI file - works!

Machine TWO - still not working - same message. have all usb dongles. VW10 dongle is local. VW12 is on a server in a location i have access too. do i need to uninstall VW10? seems unnecessary but it was going to be my next step in troubleshooting.

I would get rid of VW 10 and see if that helps.

Is the local computer on the same subnet as the server?

Are you sure you are using the correct serial number/dongle combination for the network license?
