ojardnas
Using a section-elevation marker, e.g. SeckMkr - 6, the sheet & item show up in the graphic of the marker. Instead of being below the reference line, "1-A1" is actually in the line and the graphic of the triangle.....? Quote Link to comment
Vectorworks, Inc Employee Robert Anderson Posted June 30, 2006 Vectorworks, Inc Employee Share Posted June 30, 2006 Use the control point to locate the text. Quote Link to comment
jnr
Robert: I had the same problem. You don't get the control point unless you limit the depth of the section/elevation. Sounds like a bug... For that matter why isn't the text defaulted to the centerof the marker anyway, stuffed off to one side? Quote Link to comment
Vectorworks, Inc Employee Robert Anderson Posted July 4, 2006 Vectorworks, Inc Employee Share Posted July 4, 2006 No, there's a control point that controls the text. It's very near the endpoint of the S/E marker, so it can be hard to find, but it's there. Quote Link to comment
mhg
This happens to me too. I´ve looked and looked for the control point @Robert Anderson, but I can´t find it anywhere. Limited the depth of the section as suggested by another user, but nothing changed. I have Vectorworks 2019. Any possibility you could post snapshots of where to find that text control point you are talking about @Robert Anderson?? Quote Link to comment
