Writing Spec's / importing text / text blocks

We have the specifications written in a word document. Any ideas about importing the text into VW without losing the format? If I copy/paste the text and adjust the tabs, the end result doesn't reflect the spacing when editing the text block.

I don't believe you can import the text as TEXT, and retain the formatting. If you just want to be able to read the text on a VW page, you can create a PDF of the Word document and import that graphic using: File>Import>Import Image File...

Have you tried converting the doc to RTF? I'm able to copy and paste an RTF document into VW with no loss of formatting.

MullinRJ- We have to send the drawings to the printers as PDF's, so copy/pasting the text makes for a clearer print.
