Squiidly
Updates from VW 11 or otherwise came with no manual, with the idea that one would use the "Help" window when baffle fluttered yer noggin. The help window, for me, only works perhaps 20% of the time I click on it. For the most part, it just sits there with full menu and the new 12 logo, not responding to anything. Anyone else? David Ormsby
Are you on a Windows machine? - recent updates to IE require you click the little yellow bar at the top of the window to activate the active content in the window. Quote Link to comment

Squiidly
I'm on a Mac. It sounds like I need to use a different browser than Safari. Thank you. Quote Link to comment
Bruce Kieffer
It may be a JavaScript bug. I've had better luck since the last OS update. Make sure you have the latest update installed. Use Software Update under the Apple menu to check. I've also found that opening the file directly from finder works to load the JavaScript (locate it in your VW app folder inside the help folder, it's called index.htm). Quote Link to comment
roll
Thanks Bruce - opening directly from Finder works much better, if a still bit slow. I have dragged the index file to Dock for quick launch. Quote Link to comment
