Down loadable chairs

Does anyone have any sites that offer contempory chairs for free down load. sorry for asking but i'm a liitle desperate

This is a great resouse but I'm still having problems getting these great looking items in my drawings as nice single items symbols.

VectorWorks Architect v12 has the Knoll Classics collection as a library, already converted to hybrid 2D/3D symbols. (Mies, Gehry, Saarinen, etc.)

george, is the 3ds import a plug in to get the ultra3d models into vectorworks11.5?

If I could jump in, I think this was a new import procedure as part of the feature set of any VW12 Industry series version, Fundamentals doesn't have it.

I use Cinema to convert any 3DS into dxf to get into my pre 12 versions of VW that way. If you don't have anything to open 3DS like Cinema 4D then its a case of using/downloading the available dxf file of the item you want.

I think it is new in vw 12 - I opened 11.5, but don't see it.

You would need an app (Autocad, C4D, eg) to open and save in dwg or dxf.

VW 11.5 can import IGES (.igs). Many of the models at Ultra3d are in .igs and will work.
