chstech
I'm on a mac using both Spotlight 9.5 and 10. My local blueprint place said it can only plot or print .plt ot .pdg files. Is there a way to save or export my file to this? Thanks Quote Link to comment
Martin
Try downloading a HP DesignJet Postscript printer driver. Install it as if you actually had the printer. Use that printer driver to set up your page. Use the print command and check the 'print to file' box. I believe that the file created is a .plt file. If not, it is probably something that a local blueprinting can handle. If not, try printing to a .pdf and sending that to them. Quote Link to comment
michaelk
But don't use the OSX pdf! It doesn't print the grey tones or some diagonal lines. Try using Adobe to make the pdf. If you don't have the full Adobe (Acrobat or whatever it is called) to create the pdf, you can do it on line at adobe. It's free for the first few pages. Quote Link to comment
