Updating V10.1 to V10.1.2

Working on Mac OS 9.2.2 I am trying to update from VW 10.1 to VW 10.1.2. After running the installer, the VW remains at version 10.1 even though the installer says it's completed. I have tried re-booting and tried installing several times. What do I do next?

Did you launch VW and check the version from within the program?

Sometimes the "get info" isn't accurate until the program is launched one time.

If it still says 10.1 from within the application, you'll need to rerun the 10.1.2 updater.

I have checked but it is still on 10.1, I also know because when I try to update 10.5 it can't find 10.1.2. Is the only way to start back at v10 and start updating again from the beinning?

If you've tried running the 10..12 updater and that doesn't work, you'll need to reinstall from the CD.
