Hi I have 10 Macs running OSX 10.2.8 and vectorworks 10.1.2 all apart from 1 let me install the 10.5.0 and then the 10.5.1 update. When updating one machine from 10.2.1 to 10.5.0 it asks for the serial number like all the rest but when entered it says it is not a valid serial number. I have checked and double checked the serial number and it is correct. I have deleted vectorworks all together and started again from version 10.1 on the original CD and that likes the serial number, but as soon as you try to update it to 10.5.0 it comes back with the serial number error. Any ideas?
