Mauricio Posted February 20, 2003 Share Posted February 20, 2003 I installed vw10, it starts well. Then when I try to open any file, it crash ! Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime error. Then, the only way to open any file is going through the file on the the folder it's located then the file fire up vw10. Even after the update 10.0.1, it doesn't solve the problem. I have vw10 installed in other machines with windows xp, and it runs fine. is there any configuration I should set ? thak you Quote Link to comment
0 Guest Posted February 20, 2003 Share Posted February 20, 2003 Are you getting the c++ run time error when you go to open a second file while Untitled 1 is still open? If so, this is a problem related to Adobe Distiller. VW 10.1 works around the problem. Until you get 10.1, when you launch VW with untitled 1, go to File Page Setup and set the printer to anything other than Adobe Distiller. Quote Link to comment
