always in demo mode

I have installed vectorworks9.5.1(update9.5.2) and key serial number and take dongle (keypro) on my computer. But the program was always in demo mode ,and dialog box" menu item is not authorized for use in this application".

Have tried re installing and on another machine(win2000,win90se,NT4.0 workstion). but stil.

Registration in 02/9/9.

If the dongle is damage, can change new?

Yes, if VectorWorks does not see the dongle, then it does fall back to demo mode.

I'm not framiliar with keypro dongles since we do not use them here. You should contact your distributor to staighten this out.

If the dongle will not work on more than one machine, there is a high probability that it is either broken or mis-programed.
