VW 9.0 Dongle

Purchase VW 9.0 about 12 months ago and it's been fine. Then all of a sudden it will only launch in Demo mode. Have tried re installing and on another machine. Have the registration number but still no joy. Only thinhg of note is that my dongle doesn't flash! Is it sick? grenville@outrageous.co.uk

If the light is not coming on, it can mean 2 things.

1) Your dongle is dead and you need to return it to your distributor and get a new one.

2) The OS is missing the drivers to talk to the dongle. If you are on a Mac you can install these (ftp://ftp.ealaddin.com/pub/hasp/new_releases/hasp4formac/hdd_unified_installer.sit.hqx) and reboot, on windows you can use these (ftp://ftp.ealaddin.com/pub/hasp/new_releases/driver/hdd32.zip).
