Still can't get text when printing to PDF

I'm using Vectorworks 10.5, on Win XP, with adobe acrobat pro 7. When I try to print to Pdf everything translates except the text. does anyone know what's going on?

In the properties for Acrobat -you should access these through the printers folder as opposed to from VW so as to set defaults and not just single document preferences- click on the printing preferences button and then the advanced button. Set print quality to 300 and true type font to download as softfont.
