If so you can make it invisible by double clicking on the viewport, selecting "crop", then select the cropping object and change its line weight to none (or zero) in the attributes palette. If, on the other hand, you have already done that and the cropping object still crops up (sorry couldn't resist) in your print, then you ought to get in touch with someone at tech support.
