I do not know anything about Windows, I use a Mac. But I would think that the solution is the same. Go to the Hewlett Packard website and download a printer description for one of their large format printers.

That should give you the page setup options that you are looking for. I then print to PDF and send that to the print bureau.

Page setup is not dependent upon the printers that you own or have hooked up or have turned on. I can "print" to my plotter even if it is turned off, unplugged, or disconnected. Of course I won't get a print under those conditions.

Page setup is dependent upon the software that is on your computer. OS10 has many drivers already embedded.

Do a search on this forum and you will find ample information on setting up printers using the Printer Setup Utility.
