Lonesome Studio
Hi all, I’m working on a residential interior project and running into a few ongoing file issues. I suspect a lot of this is tied to imported BIM data and file setup. Would really appreciate any advice / support from someone (happy to pay) on cleaning things up and improving performance. Current issues: File is rotated to original site orientation, so walls aren’t orthogonal in plan File is slow, especially in 3D Windows and doors sometimes disappear in Top/Plan but show in 3D Imported BIM objects are heavy and inconsistent (some don’t show in plan) Stories and layers feel overcomplicated / disorganised What I’m trying to achieve: A clean, orthogonal working file for interiors Better performance Reliable 2D/3D consistency A simplified structure (stories/layers/classes) Any advice on: Reorienting the file Fixing disappearing doors/windows Simplifying BIM objects Cleaning up stories and layers …would be hugely appreciated. Thanks, Kell Quote Link to comment
