I am trying to support a client running 10.3.3 (with all updates), printing from Vectorworks 9.5.3 to a HP Designjet 100 via IP printing. I will have to research the JetDirect card number.
The problem is that the print job says it is spooling but then disappears and doesnt launch the print monitor.
We can print from ArchiCad and MS Office after getting printer driver updates from HP.
