Trey Carey
Looking for someone experienced with Vectorworks Spotlight and ConnectCAD to help model and document a full AVL system for a 1,600 seat church sanctuary. If you also know Braceworks that is a plus, especially for rigging and load verification, but not required. We already have the system design direction and equipment list. What we need is someone to take that information and build out a clean, fully coordinated Vectorworks model along with a complete drawing set and documentation package. This would include things like rack elevations, conduit routing, cable paths, and getting accurate cable lengths so we know what to purchase. We also need proper schematics and signal flow using ConnectCAD, along with organized sheets that can actually be used for installation. Typical deliverables would include plan views, system overviews, conduit and infrastructure drawings, audio/video/lighting layouts, and supporting documentation like cable schedules and equipment lists. The goal is a package that is clear enough for both purchasing and installation. End result should be a clean Vectorworks file, a well organized sheet set, accurate cable schedules, and a bill of materials we can actually use to order gear. Ideal person has real experience with Vectorworks Spotlight and ConnectCAD, understands AVL systems, and has worked on churches or large venues before. Being able to think through install practicalities is important, not just making drawings look good. We will provide all equipment info, plans, and be available for questions as needed. Open to proposals on timeline and pricing. If you are interested, send over examples of similar work and a rough idea of how you would approach this. 4 Quote Link to comment
