Guest
Are you using the writer or the distiller? If you aren't using distiller, try using that instead. It creates a more accurate PDF. Quote Link to comment
0 Adrian Dickey
I am running Vectorworks Spotlight Version 10.5.1 on a Windows XP machine. I am trying to print to AdobePDF Writer (Adobe Acrobat 6.0 Pro). Every time I try to use page set-up and choose AdobePDF Writer as the printer, I get a Runtime Error. I was able to set-up the AdobePDF defaults and print without going through Page-Setup but then the Page prints off center and not all images or text prints. I have read other posts and have set the Adobe PDF Writer to 300dpi. I am not sure if this is an Adobe or Vectorworks issue. Quote Link to comment
0 Adrian Dickey
Katie, Apparently PDFWriter has been retired and Distiller Printer has been renamed Adobe PDF Printer in Acrobat 6.0. At least thats what I am seeing on the Adobe site. I am having such trouble printing to PDF with Acrobat 6.0 that I will try a re-install. Thanks for you suggestion. All the best, Quote Link to comment
