Where did Smart Cursor settings go in 2026?

Recommended Posts

Apologies in advance for such a basic question, but I find myself unable to smart snap to a point in space between two objects.  All my reading and watching tells me to check my smart cursor settings, but aside from the few selection I can get by double clicking the Smart Points and Smart Edge snapping icons, I can not find the settings.  It seems as recently as 2025 it was in a menu under tools, but in in 2026 it seems to not be there.

Thank you.

Sounds like you're looking for this setting:

Thank you for the replies.  I'd seen those options...  I think I was misunderstanding how to interact with the smartpoints and thought I'd missed a setting somewhere (it seems I need to set the two smart points then intentionally skate the line between them before it assigns a smart midway point--I was just setting the smart points and immediately expecting to find the midpoint snap waiting there for me).  It will be a great day if I ever use this program completely enough that operating it sinks in solidly enought that I don't feel like I'm partially relearning it each project.

Thanks again for your patience.
