Mapping Device Socket Name to Adapter with Dev_Rec Data Set

Looking to find a way to get the socket name that an adapter is attached to on a device into an attached device record on the adapter.  

 

As shown below would like to see SFP 3/4 in the Adapter's attached Device Record user field.

Hello @Greg Abel,

 

You can use the worksheet function 

=OBJECTDATA('eval adapter plug socket', 'Socket', 'name')

 

This will give you the socket name but you can also use it for any record attached to the socket object too.
