Col Posted July 31, 2003 Share Posted July 31, 2003 Hi, Setup is:- VW 10.1.0 on Win2k Deskjet 1220C connected via Jetdirect onto network HP supplied print drivers As soon as I try and print to the printer from VW it crashed the application - can print to my plotter ok just not the deskjet. From previous posts I can see that there is a Nemetschek supplied driver to help with this -- if anyone can supply it I would greatly appreciate it. Many Thanks Col Quote Link to comment

You'll need to go thru an extensive removal process to remove the current driver on Win2k. Win XP has a simple, no hassle type of uninstall. Please contact HP for information on removing the driver, which includes clearing entries in the registr. You can also download the driver at hp.com. (Download name: dj1075en.exe version 2.1) If you still have problems after following the proper steps, email me and I will email the driver to you. Hi,
