Printing problems for Epson 820 and 2200

With both printers when I specify in page set up to print a letter size page in landscape mode at 50% reduction and print, the setting automatically changes to a A4 size paper in the portrait mode and prints accordingly. I am using Vectorworks 10.1.2 on Mac OS X 10.2.

Can you see if it happens in a new, blank docuemnt with just a rectangle created?

What version of OS 10.2 are you using?

Are you using Gimp Print to print to them, assuming you are using a Stylus Photo ?
