C-Level CDs Posted December 30, 2025 Share Posted December 30, 2025 We are currently hiring for the following position: Summary of Skill Requirements – Landscape Architect with Vectorworks Landmark Expertise The ideal candidate is a qualified Landscape Architect with strong proficiency in Vectorworks Landmark and the ability to produce accurate, data-driven, and visually consistent design and construction documentation. They should demonstrate: Core Software & Workflow Skills Advanced Vectorworks Landmark proficiency, including efficient use of design layers, classes, viewports, and sheet-layer documentation. Expert use of the Graphic Legends tool, including: Creating and customizing legends for plants, hardscape, irrigation, materials, and other project elements. Configuring data-driven graphic legends using filters, criteria, and coding for automated schedules and symbol graphics. Planting & Symbol Development Plant symbol creation with: Proper 2D symbol development. Accurate botanical data, plant styles, and record attachments. Data Tag & Annotation Capabilities Proficient use of Data Tags, including: Creating custom tags for plants, hardscape, site objects, and BIM components. Linking tags to records and object data for reliable, automated labeling. Data and Record Management Strong understanding of Record Formats, including: Creating and editing custom record formats. Attaching records to symbols, objects, and annotations. Integrating records with worksheets, schedules, and graphic legends for accurate data extraction. Construction Documentation Ability to draft clear, accurate construction details, including: Hardscape, planting, grading, and site furnishing details. Coordinating detail callouts, notes, and sheet organization. Maintaining CAD standards and ensuring technical clarity for contractors. Additional Desired Skills *Familiarity with landscape design and construction standards *Ability to coordinate with consultants work using DWG and other exchange formats. *Ability to take 2D plans and model them in SketchUp .
