Cannot launch AI visualizer due to cloud services issue

Hello,

 

I'm trying to launch the Vectorworks AI visualiser. I'm using the correct update of Vectorworks 2024. However, I get the following error message upon the window opening:

The version of your Cloud Services desktop app does not support this Vectorworks feature. An automatic update is blocked by your network settings. Download and install the latest app version manually from here and try again

I have updated the cloud services version several times from the link provided. Cloud services should be up to date. I have also tried launching the visualiser from brand new files to make sure it's not an issue with a file started in a previous version to no avail. What is the issue? And how do I solve it? Thank you.
