Select menu command "Tools > Options > Vectorworks Preferences...". Select "Session" in the side bar. Press the "Reset Saved Settings..." button. Make sure "Tool modes, dialog positions, palette positions and dialog values" checkbox is selected. Press the "OK" button in the "Reset Settings" dialog. Press the "OK" button in the "Vectorworks Preferences" dialog. Quote Link to comment

I my case window gradually grew in size until it has stayed in this size for a while now. Happened already on Update 1. Dialog window does not have handles to change size. Every time I open a dialog box they grow in size, getting a bit larger than the previous time. Quote Link to comment

If you are using Update 2 and take the mentioned steps to reset dialog sizes, I believe the issue should go away. If you still experience the issue, please let me know what dialog it is, or file a VB bug. Thanks! Quote Link to comment

The dialog box that has the issue is the "Resource name conflict" dialog, this dialog appears when trying to add a symbol to my file with the same name as an existing symbol in the document). This dialog gets larger and larger each time it appears. 1 Quote Link to comment
