hong Posted May 10, 2004 Share Posted May 10, 2004 I keep loosing saved views on my file on VW 11. I see them under script palette on resource brower, but do not see them under saved view bar at the bottom of screen. Even though I click or run the saved views on script palette, nothing happens. I was wondering if I can transfer saved views from the backup file which still has working saved views. By exporting the file as a script, I did not see any saved views. Is a saved view independant from a file? Where do they reside? Could somebody explain how this saved views work in terms of script? Quote Link to comment
Alexandre Villares Posted May 11, 2004 Share Posted May 11, 2004 There is a vectorscript command that can create or execute a saved view, but they are not actually 'made of script'. Maybe LayerMap, a script found here: http://www.nemetschek.net/partners/plugins/layermap.html can help you transfer your layer/class visibility from one file to another. Quote Link to comment
