“Vectorworks 2020” is damaged and can’t be opened.

Just migrated my VW2020 from my previous Macbook Pro 2015 (running OS Monterey 12.7) to a refurbished Macbook Pro 2018 with the latest OS (Sequoia 15.5). I am getting the message: “Vectorworks 2020” is damaged and can’t be opened. 

I have tried migrating it multiple times but get the same message when I try to open it. I also tried to repair it with the updater. I get the message: An unknown error has occurred. Please contact technical support.

There were no issues using it with my previous Macbook Pro. Any ideas??

According to the Vw OS Compatibility List, Vw2020 is not compatible with MacOS Sequoia 15.
Vw2020 worked with your previous MBP because it was compatible with MacOS Monterey 12.7.

I agree that 2020 is not officially compatible with Sequoia. 

You might try running the full installer and see if that can work around the problem. But I have no idea what other issues you might have or in what ways 2020 does not operate properly under Sequoia.

Thank you, Tim and Pat. It appears that running the full installer worked. Still a little buggy but I was able to open files and work on them - we'll see if any problems present themselves. I really appreciate the help!
