Layer Links, Procedure = LayerRef

I'm still back at VW 8.5.2, which may be my problem.

I can use View, Create Layer link and select layers A and B. Layer A's Z=0, layer B's Z=10'. Everything shows up fine in the layer linked layer with the objects in B 10' above the objects in A.

I wrote a little script to link the same layers using two invocations of the LayerRef procedure, one for layer A and for layer B. But in this case, layer B shows up in the script create layer link Z=0 instead of 10. I changed the script so it only linked layer A, then changed it to only link layer B. The results were the same.

Question:

- Has anyone successfully used VW 10 and VectorScript to create layer links.
