Michael Siggers
Hi Attached is a File which is to be used as a Reference in another larger Site Layout File. This file did originally reference another file, but I deleted that reference from the Reference List and Added the objects to the model. However, I'm now really confused, as there are 2 DLVPs, one for the outside courts. The centre court is not in a DLVP. If I try to delete any of the objects on the centre court, the items also delete from the 2 DLVPs. Confused! Vectorworks helps is, well, no help, so once again I seek help on here. I don't mind having the DLVPs, although I would like to know a way to remove them, but if I have to have them, how do I delete the centre court, and then copy one of the DLVPs to the centre, resulting in three DLVPs. At the moment, I can not delete the centre court as it deletes the objects from the 2 DLVPs. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Kind regards Mike C04-2025-03 - 3 Court - Reference.vwx Quote Link to comment

Michael Siggers
Think I have figured it out. Because it was originally imported as a Reference into a DLVP, in the centre position, when I deleted the reference, it imported the various objects into the model, for the centre court DLVP only, and left the other 2 DLVP in place. The outer two courts, while being in the model, were still DLVPs. Therefore, I think it is because I COPIED the centre DLVP for the other 2 locations. I wanted the objects in the model, as this model is to be referenced in another Site Model. Maybe I could have left them as references. So, I Tried this theory in another version by only creating a DLVP for the centre position, then deleting it, bringing the objects into the model. I then grouped these objects and copied to the other two positions, giving me 3 groups. Mike 1 Quote Link to comment
