Cloud services shared document .vcdoc is blank when opening in browser

Question

I've shared a document with the cloud services. So it upladed a .vcdoc file to my cloud. When I try to open it, it briefly shows the toolbar but then everything goes white. I just end with a blank page no. No content, no tools, nothing. Is .vcdoc bugged? Or what am I doing wrong?

@Bertf We are looking into it. I don't believe you did anything wrong. None of my .vcdoc files are loading currently either. There was a deployment this morning and something must have gone wrong.

@Bertf we had probably same issue recently, resulting in blank shared document, and it was caused by 'Export PDF...' settings where we had 'Export Range' set to other than 'All Pages' or 'Pages'.

 

Changing it to 'All Pages' fixed the issue. Try it out.
