Pat Stanford
I just learned this morning that Raymond Mullin passed away suddenly last January. For those of us who knew him that is a great loss. For those of you newer to the scripting community, you are likely to find him in the archives sharing his wealth of knowledge on some topic you need. Raymond was one of the few actual programmers here, starting his career writing code for making semiconductors. Eventually he moved to MiniCAD to help design the machines and into MiniPascal. Raymond was on the forum since 2001 with over 2000 posts, nearly all of them trying to help a fellow user with a problem.. I first met him on the Compuserve MiniCAD Bulletin Board in the early 1990's. Raymond was a wizard with Vectors and taught and guided many of us how to use them to accomplish tasks much more easily than using trigonometry. He was a tremendous, talented, generous individual and his passing is a great loss to the community. My heart goes out to his family. Vectorworks, Inc Employee Julian_Carr Posted May 9 Vectorworks, Inc Employee Share Posted May 9 Raymond's other passion was his horses and to a lesser extent, star gazing. We had many discussions about these topics. When it came to writing code, there was none better. I have lost count of the number of times he helped me out with tricky coding problems, so snippets of his code exist in all my big projects. A true gentleman too. Raymond you will be missed. Thanks Pat for sharing. 2 Quote Link to comment

C. Andrew Dunning
I am at a loss for words. I count myself blessed to have known Raymond beyond the coding world. An absolute class-act... 3 Quote Link to comment
